Over the earth, the lake; the noble one renews his weapons in order to meet the unforeseen.

六爻爻辞
有孚不终，乃乱乃萃，若号，一握为笑，勿恤，往无咎。
If you are sincere, but not to the end, there will be sometimes confusion, sometimes gathering together. If you call out, then after one grasp of the hand you can laugh again.
有孚不终，乃乱乃萃。诚意撑不到最后，一下散一下聚。此爻的解法很简单：若号，喊一声就有人来。
引吉，无咎，孚乃利用禴。
Letting oneself be drawn brings good fortune and remains blameless.
引吉，无咎。被人引荐而来。孚乃利用禴：此爻的诚意够了，薄礼也成立。
萃如嗟如，无攸利，往无咎，小吝。
Gathering together amid sighs. Nothing that would further. Going is without blame. Slight humiliation.
萃如嗟如。想聚却聚不成，只能叹气。往无咎小吝：此爻虽不顺，但走出去仍然没错。
大吉，无咎。
Great good fortune. No blame.
大吉，无咎。四个字。此爻位置本不当，却因为聚集了众人而得大吉：功劳在人不在位。
萃有位，无咎。匪孚，元永贞，悔亡。
If in gathering together one has position, this brings no blame. If there are some who are not yet sincerely in the work, sublime and enduring perseverance is needed.
萃有位，无咎。有名分才聚得住。匪孚元永贞：此爻提醒，若有人还不诚心，需要更长的时间。
赍咨涕洟，无咎。
Lamenting and sighing, floods of tears. No blame.
赍咨涕洟，无咎。哭着求人。此爻不好看，但无咎：在该求助的时候放下面子，是对的。
