- 积弊当治。干父之蛊，你正在收拾一个不是自己造成的烂摊子，这需要时间也需要方法。

- 旧问题浮上台面。振民育德，与其追究谁的错，不如一起建立新的相处方式。

- 有旧账要清。先甲三日后甲三日，动手前后都要留出缓冲，别急着一次解决。

六爻爻辞
干父之蛊，有子，考无咎，厉终吉。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the father. If there is a son, no blame rests upon the departed father. Danger, but in the end good fortune.
干父之蛊，有子考无咎。收拾前人留下的问题。厉终吉：过程有风险，但做对了连前人都得到谅解。
干母之蛊，不可贞。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the mother. One must not be too persevering.
干母之蛊，不可贞。有些积弊不能硬来。此爻明言不可贞：太刚硬地处理反而坏事。
干父之蛊，小有悔，无大咎。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the father. There will be a little remorse. No great blame.
干父之蛊，小有悔。用力过度了。此爻的悔是小的，因为方向没错，只是手法急。
裕父之蛊，往见吝。
Tolerating what has been spoiled by the father. In continuing one sees humiliation.
裕父之蛊，往见吝。姑息。此爻是全卦最该避免的一爻：知道有问题却选择拖延。
干父之蛊，用誉。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the father. One meets with praise.
干父之蛊，用誉。以声望而非强力来整顿。此爻是最漂亮的解法：让人愿意配合。
不事王侯，高尚其事。
He does not serve kings and princes; sets himself higher goals.
不事王侯，高尚其事。退出这个局。此爻不参与整顿，选择把力气放在别处，这也是一种答案。
